Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP)

In accordance with state law, the Lamar R-I School District provides the option to enroll in approved virtual courses.  The district may offer virtual courses to students through district staff or by contracting for those services as part of the district-sponsored curriculum. In addition, eligible students may enroll in virtual courses offered through the Missouri Course Access Program (MOCAP). The district will accept all grades and credits earned through district-sponsored virtual instruction (LAUNCH) and MOCAP. Students and families that are interested in virtual coursework should contact their student's school counselor or principal. For further information, see Board Policy IGCD and IGCD-AP(1).
