Students & Staff: Request for a Free At-Home COVID-19 Antigen test
Lamar R-1 Schools is participating in the FREE At-Home Antigen Test Program sponsored by The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (MODHSS). This OPTIONAL program allows Lamar R-1 students & staff to receive a free antigen test to keep & use at home when needed. MODHSS requires the at-home antigen test to ONLY be used for students & staff of Lamar R-1. It is not permissible to use this test on any other person, including family members.
There will no longer be at-school COVID antigen testing performed by the school nurses. Test supplies are limited & requests are not guaranteed. The test kit will be sent home with student unless stated otherwise in the comments & arrangements are made with the nurse or administrator.
